Hot Sleepers
Moisture moves off the skin and evaporates rather than sitting against it, so the bed stays dry instead of clammy through the warmest hours.

The Fibre
Our Sensoire bamboo bedding is made only with pure bamboo lyocell, an excellent eco-friendly choice. Bamboo is a sustainable resource, requiring little water to thrive, and its fibre is biodegradable, returning to nature without harming the environment.
We use a closed-loop manufacturing process, which means the solution used to make bamboo fibres out of the bamboo pulp is 99% recaptured and reused.
The Feel
Our most breathable weave yet, this thermo-regulating fabric helps you stay cool when it is warm and cosy when it is cool, preventing overheating through the night.
Silky and smooth against the skin, comparable to the feel of 1000 thread count cotton at just 350 TC. Hypoallergenic by nature, it suits even sensitive skin.
Woven from pure bamboo lyocell, silky against the skin yet quietly durable, gentle enough for the most delicate sleeper.
A sanctuary for sensitive skin. Naturally hypoallergenic, it resists dust mites, pollen and bacteria, ideal for allergy-prone sleepers. Made without harmful chemicals and certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.
Simply toss your sheets in the washing machine and you are good to go. Wash on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 40°C, and they stay soft night after night.
Four ribbon ties and a zipper closure on the duvet cover keep your duvet from moving and slipping throughout the night.
Who It Is For
One fibre, several kinds of sleeper. Bamboo lyocell earns its place through what it does with heat, moisture and friction, so the same set suits a warm summer and a cold January alike.
Moisture moves off the skin and evaporates rather than sitting against it, so the bed stays dry instead of clammy through the warmest hours.
Micro gaps in the fibre hold a layer of still air. The set that keeps you cool in July stays quietly warm in January.
Dust mites favour damp bedding. Carrying moisture away keeps the bed drier and less hospitable to them, alongside your usual encasements.
A dense, smooth surface gives hair and dander little to cling to, and what does settle lifts out in an ordinary wash.
Low friction against skin and hair through the night, which may help calm irritation and limit breakage and frizz by morning.
Night sweats and hot flushes are common. Bedding cannot change the cause, but rapid moisture transport can make the small hours less disruptive.
Guidance
Bamboo lyocell is a regenerated cellulosic textile made from bamboo-derived cellulose through a lyocell manufacturing process. It is not raw bamboo fibre, and it should not be confused with bamboo viscose or generic rayon. Check the fibre-content label, because bedding marketed with bamboo language can use different regenerated fibres, blends and constructions.
Bamboo lyocell bedding has a smooth hand and fluid drape, although the weave, fabric weight, finish and laundering history can change the experience. Many sleepers find its moisture-responsive surface comfortable in warm conditions, though no fabric feels cool for everyone. Review construction details and care needs alongside softness claims before choosing.
Bamboo lyocell commonly feels smoother and drapes more fluidly, while cotton can range from crisp percale to soft sateen. Durability, airflow, warmth and maintenance depend on the actual weave, weight, yarn quality and construction of either option. Choose from verified fibre labels and the feel you prefer rather than assuming one material is universally softer, cooler or better.
Slight pilling can appear at first, which is normal for a natural fibre and not a defect. To minimise it, wash your bedding inside out on a gentle cycle, avoid high heat and line dry where possible.
Follow the care label supplied with your item, because acceptable temperature, agitation and drying methods vary by weave, finish, blend and construction. Use a mild detergent and avoid unnecessary heat or abrasion. As a rule, Sensoire bamboo lyocell washes best on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 40°C.
Our bedding is made from pure bamboo lyocell and certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100. This independent certification tests the fabric for harmful substances, so what touches your skin every night is safe for you and made with care for the planet.
Our signature fabric is woven from pure bamboo lyocell. Naturally breathable and smooth, it feels cool, light and gentle against the skin. It helps regulate temperature and wick away moisture for balanced comfort through every season, and it is made in a closed-loop process, a more sustainable way to enjoy the silky softness Sensoire is known for.
Read the full fibre-content and care labels first. Confirm that the material is identified as bamboo lyocell, note any blend percentage, and compare weave, dimensions, closure details and included pieces. Broad bamboo marketing does not identify the manufacturing route by itself. The best choice is the construction that matches your preferred feel, maintenance routine, and mattress or duvet measurements.
